About this Speaker
Rader Lane is a park ranger naturalist at Grand Canyon National Park. He manages the Dark Skies Interpretation Program, which includes the world-famous Grand Canyon Star Party, as well as the Astronomer in Residence Program.
Rader was awarded the National Park Service’s National Freeman Tilden Award in 2019 for his “Night Spoken Series” and other interpretive work on night skies in our national parks.
